The rooms brand-new, luxurious with the kitchen, amazing pillows, for example. Very easy to get from El Dorado International airport, just 20 km.

Booked a room with light facing the interior like. Had a shower cap and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was marvellous and peaceful there, in a nice neighborhood in Bogota. Brew pub El Cebollero was located 10 minutes walk away.

Came in Bogota to relax and have fun, this trendy boutique hotel was perfect place for doing it. The location was nice and absolutely perfect - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. You could walk to a great bakery and a bakery. The staff were extremely friendly and incredibly attentive from arrival to departure;)))

The staff was friendly. We appreciated the location, close to several nice restaurants, easy to explore. Our complementary breakfast offered a variety of choices each morning. I am used to smaller European lodgings, so I found the spacious setup refreshing.

Check-in was not smooth. The receptionist seemed grumpy and took time to assist. The water pressure in the hallway was low. The rooms were far apart, which caused some confusion.

This funky boutique hotel has such a charming vibe! Beautiful Colombian design mixed with English country house feels. Plus, the restaurant is to die for-seriously, the crispy quinoa ceviche is awesome!

My room was hotter than a sauna, and with no proper cooling, I was practically playing footsie with the noise from the toilet next door. Who needs privacy anyway?

Noise levels can be an issue due to the excessive use of hard surfaces like concrete and marble, awesome for conversations from floors above to echo through your room. While the WhatsApp room service idea sounds clever, my experience showed inconsistent responsiveness, with messages left unread for extended periods, forcing me to go down to reception instead.

The ambiance in this hotel is fantastic. I really enjoyed the food at the café. The breakfast was delicious. I found the room to be slightly cramped and the noise from the hallway a bit disruptive. The location was great with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which was a plus.
